11月20日,由中国国际商会、中国欧盟商会主办的第十八届中国-欧盟投资贸易科技合作洽谈会(下称“欧洽会”)在成都高新区开幕。来自20多个国家的政商学界嘉宾代表共600余人参会。

欧洽会是欧盟委员会为促进成员国企业同世界其他地区企业进行贸易、投资和技术合作而创办的商务洽谈活动, 2002年首次在中国举办,自2006年第二届起落户成都举办。至今已成功举办18届,累计吸引1.3万多家中欧企业参会,组织专业B2B对接洽谈29,390余场次,达成合作意向及协议3,360多项,是欧盟成员国参与最多、欧方企业参与最广、中欧交流规模最大的投资贸易和创新合作平台,也是中欧企业信息交流、贸易合作的国家级、国际化窗口平台。

第十八届欧洽会于2025年11月19日至21日在成都市成功举办。大会设置“1+8+1”场活动内容,即1场开幕式及全体会议、8场分项活动、1场B2B配对洽谈。

中国贸促会副会长刘健男、成都市人民政府副市长陈志勇等出席并致辞,中国驻欧盟使团团长蔡润大使发表视频致辞。克罗地亚驻华大使、西班牙纳瓦拉自治区主席、瑞士达沃斯市副市长兼格劳宾登州州议会主席、中国欧盟商会西南分会主席兼全国副主席等一批高规格欧方嘉宾和中欧世界500强企业高管赴蓉参会。

大会注册观众人数超过1,000人,欧洲参会国别19个,整体参会国别超过20个。来自16个国家的204家中外企业代表开展了257场次“一对一”配对洽谈,达成合作意向166项。

活动开幕后,全网发布超4000篇新闻报道。央视新闻、四川新闻联播等一批官方媒体报道了欧洽会开幕盛况及经贸洽谈成果。外交部新闻发布会称欧洽会是欧盟成员国参与最多、欧方企业参与最广、中欧交流规模最大的投资贸易和创新合作平台。

The Europe-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair (EUC) is a business matchmaking event initiated by the European Commission to promote trade, investment, and technological collaboration between enterprises from EU member states and companies from other parts of the world. It was first held in China in 2002 and has been hosted in Chengdu since its second edition in 2006 . To date, 18 editions have been successfully held, cumulatively attracting participation from over 13,000 Chinese and European enterprises, organizing more than 29,390 professional B2B matchmaking sessions, and facilitating over 3,360 cooperative intentions and agreements . It stands as the largest platform for investment, trade, and innovation cooperation between China and Europe, featuring the broadest participation from EU member states and European companies. It also serves as a national-level, international window for information exchange and trade cooperation between Chinese and European businesses .

The 18th Europe-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair was successfully held in Chengdu from November 19 to 21, 2025 . The event featured a "1+8+1" structure: 1 opening ceremony & plenary session, 8 parallel/side events, and 1 B2B matchmaking session .

The opening ceremony was attended by Liu Jiannan, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCOIC), and Chen Zhiyong, Vice Mayor of Chengdu Municipal People's Government, who delivered speeches. Cai Run, Chinese Ambassador to the EU, delivered a video speech . High-profile European participants included the Croatian Ambassador to China, the President of the Regional Government of Navarre (Spain), the Deputy Mayor of Davos (Switzerland) who is also President of the Cantonal Parliament of Graubünden, and the Chairman of the Southwest Chapter & National Vice President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, along with senior executives from Chinese and European Fortune Global 500 companies .

The fair registered over 1,000 attendees, with representatives from 19 European countries and more than 20 countries overall. Representatives from 204 Chinese and international companies across 16 countries conducted 257 rounds of "one-on-one" matchmaking talks, reaching 166 preliminary cooperation agreements .

Following its opening, the event generated over 4,000 online news reports. Official media outlets, including CCTV News and Sichuan TV News, covered the opening and the outcomes of the economic and trade discussions. The fair was highlighted during a Chinese Foreign Ministry press conference as the premier platform for China-EU investment, trade, and innovation cooperation with the widest participation from EU member states and European enterprises.
